CSS TUTORIALS: Ex. 1 - Inline Styles EXERCISE 1: CREATING INLINE STYLES : Using your CSS printout, you can experiment with various combinations of styles and groups of styles. Below I will suggest some CSS to type that I feel will help you grasp inline styles. <!---Type or copy the following code below---> (To copy the highlighted coding below, just highlight it with your mouse, go up to the top of your browser and click on Edit, then click on copy. Finally, highlight the text inside of the textarea box below and choose, edit, then paste.) I suggest you type the tags out instead of copying them. Trust me; you will learn more if you do! NOTE: CONGRATULATIONS! YOU NOW KNOW HOW TO DO INLINE STYLES! I combined styles in the paragraph tag, and I used a little twist for the italic tag. I told it to be bold as well. Nifty huh? Go ahead and mess around with more style options, then continue to embedded styles. In the next exercise you will master embedded styles, or at least be comfortable with them. END OF EX. 1 - CREATING INLINE STYLES <-- Back to CSS Fundamentals | Go to Exercise 2: Embedded CSS --> |
