Think Not

by A. Hamilton

The first presidential candidate I was eligible to vote for was John F. Kennedy, who in my opinion was the greatest President of my time, in spit of the fact that he sent me a personal letter requesting that I join his military. I was drafted.

In his most memorable speech he said, "Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country," a phrase lost on Democrat presidential hopefuls Clinton and Obama.

These two hopefuls have been on the campaign stump for over a year promising that they will give every American free healthcare, and free education including college. Free... which will require higher taxes.

Both promise to make our troops retreat from Iraq and both promise to never, never go to war again. If it were up to them, Sadam Husain would still be throwing Iraqis from roof tops and his two sons would still be raping young girls at every traffic light.

Clinton and Obamas' liberal philosophy is to give their constituents entitlements paid for by taxes they unknowingly intend to collect from then, making these dunces think liberalism is compassion personified.

In words, liberal philosophy is, "Think not what you can do for your country, but what your country can do for you."
