The Fox Fix Is In
by Bucktowndusty

Fox News left Ron Paul out of its Republican Forum tonight with some of it's pundits claiming poor performance as the reason for the slight. The Façade that Fox New actually represents traditional conservatism is quickly eroding as people wake up and realize that Fox News, and these elections, are meager morsels that pacify us conservatives enough into actually thinking we have a say in how things turn out in this country.

After the forum, Fox News had the nerve to have Rudy Giuliani on as a guest, even though he received less votes that Ron Paul.

To further slight Ron Paul, they had Dennis Kucinich on next, even though he came in dead last with practically 0% of the vote.

Can it be any clearer that the candidates that will truly represent conservative ideals, like Paul, Tancredo and Hunter have no representation on Fox News anymore? These candidates were never given a fair deal and as a result we'll probably be left with settling on voting for either Obama or Huckabee.

Barack Hussein Obama is a slick snake-oil salesman. A chameleon who opens his stump speeches with, "What Dup," for the inner city campaign stops and, "Let me begin by saying thanks to all you who've traveled, from far and wide, to brave the cold today," for those pasty-white locals. I wouldn't be surprised if right after he wins the presidential election he converts to Islam.

And then there's Huckabee, the smooth talking preacher who wears dorky hunting outfits when his white collar and religious robes are at the cleaners. He looks like he's always trying to think of the next joke and I don't trust him one bit.

Both candidates will not solve illegal immigration no matter how they try to spin their platforms. (Check out Obama's record here, and Huckabee's record here)

Thanks to Fox News, we once again get to choose between the worse of two evils.

Where’s Condi?
by A. Hamilton

Since the signing of the Declaration of Independence Democrat contenders for President have been hammering the word "Change" to their constituents. Now, with Obama as their cheerleader, they are doing it again. It sort of reminds me of the auto advertisements going back as far as I can remember where the auto companies touted, "More head room and more leg room." If added up through the years, a car would have to be at least forty feet high and ninety feet long, however autos seem to be getting smaller.

As for politics, years of change seems to always bring us back to the beginning.

Anyway, how much of a change do they want?

Do they want to change the unemployment status of this country, which is at its lowest ever?

Do they want to change the stock market which is at its highest ever?

Do they want to change the outcome of the war in Iraq, which we are winning?

Do they want to change the status of our economy that is doing just fine?

I haven't heard anyone say exactly what it is they want to change. All they say is they want to change the status quo.

What they mean by status quo in Washington is Congress. I agree with that, but the only way to change Congress is to vote in new Congressional people, and only the populace can do that, not the President.

At this point, Obama has caused monumental excitement among Democrats, not because he is the most qualified person to be President, he's not, but because for the first time there are prospects of a black family living in the white House. This notion gives many white folks a sense of overdue penance and a tingly feeling of atonement for the way blacks were treated in past American history. I call them apologist voters.

I still believe that Condi Rice is the most qualified person to be President of the United States, but if Obama beats the hell out of the Clintons, then he's my man.
