The Crescent Congress
by Bucktowndusty
Keith Ellison won Minnesota’s 5th District election, making him the first ever Muslim elected into the U.S. Congress. Despite the happy-face, peace-be-to-all veneer he portrays in word, his actions are cause for alarm and raise serious doubts as to whether electing Muslims of any degree of moderation is wise for traditional America.
Upon winning elections, one of the first tasks incoming freshmen politicians customarily take on is to meet with the president of the United States at a private White House reception. Yet, what does the first ever representative if the religion of peace and tolerance do to preserve American customs? He snubs the reception, instead going to a reception for the AFL-CIO. Ellison stated, “It wasn’t even a close call…Maybe one day I'll get to meet the president. He's the president, and I respect him in his role as the president, but I have exceedingly sharp differences with him on a policy level.”
Read that again. Ellison didn’t say he didn’t have time, or that he had the other event planned already. Translated, what he said was, “As a Muslim, I choose to disrespect America’s highest elected official, and by default the American people that elected him, because of his harse stance against Muslims, both here and abroad.”
Before he even started his first day in office, Ellison revealed the future of what Muslim immigration and Muslim political involvement will mean to America. Don’t we Americans always hear it from Muslim organizations like CAIR (The Council on American-Islamic Relations) about how Americans need to be more tolerant towards Muslims? Well, Ellison just showed that Muslim toleration is a one-way toll road leading exclusively to Muslims.
Adding insult to injury, Ellison now wants to be sworn in using the Koran not the Bible which is ceremonial. As Dennis Prager stated, “Ceremonies matter…That is the way a society states what is most significant to it.” Muslims sure do understand humiliation, and it is this humiliation that fuels jihad across the planet. But, Muslims like Ellison don’t care enough about traditional America’s feelings of humiliation and loss of custom enough to honor them.
This is merely the tip of the iceberg folks.
Politicians are inherently corrupt, we all know this. Most of the time, this corruption involves money, yet the American political system is the best system on the planet because it’s (up until this point, mainly WASP) rulers know how to be corrupt in small bits and pieces, not killing the host.
Most Muslim countries, though, allow their faith and corruption to destroy the prosperity of the countries they rule; and it is their faith that allows them to blame non-believers for their shortcomings. Muslims like Ellison hold their faith above all else, including money, country, and sovereignty. As a result, when Ellison gets corrupted, which he will, it will be towards corrupt Islamic ideals and organizations unfriendly to traditional America.
Keep a notebook folks and mark down every slight that Ellison and future Muslim politicians show towards traditional America. I’ve shown you two; oh Lord, what will numbers 3 through 1,000 be?!!!

Spoken In English
by A. Hamilton
At the risk of being repetitive, I’ll say once again, “Americans hate being in the company of immigrants who can’t or won’t speak English. If Republicans would have realized this one complaint and moved, just a little, to resolve it, they could have maintained control of the House and Senate.
The following is but one of the many typical responses we receive for last week’s article, “Speak It or Beat It.”
“You are correct. Any person who goes to live in another country is expected to learn the language. Most people who come here legally can speak some English. But not these people.
Forget about turning the corner; I'm surrounded by the Spanish language and music. Not to mention I see more flags of Mexico, Cuba, and Puerto Rico than I do of Old Glory. That's just not right! I have to constantly ask myself if this is America. They are in my city in droves. And I do not live in a border state. Even numerous billboards are in Spanish and don't forget the voting ballots. If they can't read or speak English, how can they understand the road signs?
For almost three years, I worked as a temp for a major corporation as a Compliance Analyst. They were over 60 people on the night shift. From night one it was obvious Spanish speaking people were in the majority. Spanish was spoken more than English. They were not American born - but many were permanent. It wasn't easy to communicate with them either. It was very isolating to say the least. It was the worst work experience I've had. When these positions were outsourced to the Philippines earlier this year, all of the temps were out. But the perms, mostly Spanish speaking, foreign born employees were re-trained. I guest these were those jobs Americans won't do. By the way, the night shift did not communicate with outsiders, so there was no need for the bilingual crowd. Only one person was needed for a Brazilian account - the rest were in English.
I am thankful to God to be an American. I have nothing against Hispanics and immigrants - as long as they are legal American citizens. If they don’t want to abide by our laws and assimilate, they need to go back to their country of origin. Illegal is illegal - that means Mexican, Chinese, Ethiopian, Egyptian, Korean, etc., etc., etc. All illegals need to be sent back to their country and go through the process. However, we should not hand out citizenship to 12 million or more period.”
