"Rise Up Catholic Minutemen"
by Bucktowndusty
In what could only be described as one of the most treasonous disregards for the rule of law and the separation of church and state ever, Cardinal Roger Mahoney of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles has instructed his priests and flock to ignore H.R. 4377, a proposed federal bill that if passed would make it a felony to aid and comfort illegal aliens.
As I've written before and as the less-than-honorable Cardinal Mahoney must wish to ignore, the Bible is just a series of holy laws regulating human migration into Heaven. Strict adhearence to The Good Word is the only way the faithful receive heavenly citizenship status. Anything less results in an eternity of comdemnation. In essence, Cardinal Mahoney is an immigration agent of God - a border guard of Heaven that guards The Pearly Gates from sinners. And as much as Manohey would like to deny it, The bible is merely a scruptural version of H.R. 4377.
Well versed in the virtues of The 10 Commandments, how Cardinal Mahoney could allow for the coveting of America by law-breaking foreighers already committed to other countries is unknown to all but God. I for one believe his motives are less than heavenly and sinful to the core.
Catholic Churches enjoy tax exemption and the contributions of their flocks. To compensate for an ever growing faithless country however, churches are adopting the corrupt ways of non-exempt, for-profit businesses and in-sourcing their flocks with foreigners. The remaining honest, faithful American churchgoers must now watch as their churches devote good portions of their service time to foreign language sermons that are useless to them. And now Mahoney want's them to act no better than human smugglers and ignore immigration laws. What a complete and utter sin.
If I were a faithful Catholic, I would immediately form the first Catholic Minuteman Group. I would mobilize the faithful, law-abiding flock and refuse to contribute money to the Catholic church until they stop supporting illegal behavior. I would mobilize, protest, and demand to see the financial books of my church to ensure no funds go towards supporting illegal immigration. Who will be the fist brave soul to act? When they do, they'll have a nearby friend in Terry Anderson to broadcast their efforts.
And if I were a federal bureaucrat with an inkling of patriotism left in his bones, I would propose a bill to take away the Catholic Church's tax exempt status. If Catholic leaders wish to bite the federal hand that feeds them, let them reap what they sow, without financial assistance from the federal government and their faithful.
How ironic it will be when the likes of Cardinal Mahoney go to Heaven only to find out that God has become an open-borders advocate and is now admitting sinners (as well as Muslims, Protestants, and Athiests). When 20 of them move next to Cardinal Mahoney's mansion on 4377 Heavenly drive, he'll realize how God-awful his proposal on Earth was.

"Which Side Of The Wall"
by A. Hamilton
Notes for the First Amendment, and freedom of religion, press and expression were first proposed on September 25, 1789 and ratified two years and three months later on December 15, 1791. In words,” Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
In a letter to the Danbury Baptist Association in 1802, President Jefferson used the phrase, “A wall of separation between church and state,” a phrase used frequently today without the words, “A wall of.”
Separation of church and state is thought of as keeping the government out the church. In view of the fact that it took our Forefathers two years and three months to debate the issue, it makes me believe that there is more to it then just protecting the church. More so the phrase, (including Thomas Jefferson’s use of the word “wall,”) is to protect the government from the church considering the radical nuts in religion throughout history.
In 1692, in Salem Massachusetts, the church and government were one in the same. Here the daughter of Rev. Samuel Parris, nine-year-old Betty and a twelve year old niece, Abigail Williams, both in a state of boredom, played games of fortune telling. From this, became the infamous Salem Witch trials resulting in the hanging of over 20 women. The same scenario holds true today in the Muslim religion with the command, “Kill the infidels.”
For quite some time now there has been the argument of earth’s warming. Environmentalists have been lobbying Congress for restrictions on everything from smoke stacks to eating bibs for salmon. Now, they are enlisting religion to do their bidding with, “Act now,” at a site named, “Evangelical Climate Initiative. The claim is that God said that he wants us to be environmentally friendly. With the command of “Kill the infidels,” you can bet that this will soon be the theme presented to Congress regardless of, ”Wall of separation.”
